How to play
- Next person has a few seconds to land a real Korean word that fits.
- h-g can be hangeul, hyugeso, hoegi. Use a real word everyone agrees on.
- Word lands? That person feeds a new Korean initials to the next player.
Example round
You say k-b. Next person hits kolla or kibodeu. That’s a clean plate.
When the round ends
Blank, a word already used, or a word that doesn’t fit, you’re out this round.
Common mistake
Throwing a three-letter Korean initials at a table that only knows two, or letting English in when the booth said no.
No-alcohol version
Play exactly the same rules with water, soda, tea or no drinks at all. When someone is out this round, they simply sit out, start the next round, or take a light forfeit the table agreed on beforehand — such as choosing the next game or spinning the wheel.
Play responsibly
Soju Playland is for adults. If you choose to drink, you must be of legal drinking age where you are (for example 19 in South Korea and 21 in the United States) — and the site itself is for ages 18 and up. Drinking is never part of the rules: nobody has to drink, a pass is always fine, and water or soda works for every game. Never pressure anyone to drink, never treat these games as a drinking contest, and never drink and drive.
